Stance. Focus. Lifting the arms and opening them out. Bring them back together and lowering. Inhale as we open, exhale as we bring together and lower. Focusing on those Lao Gong points,
communicating to each other. Progression adding a knee bend. Progression adding the heel raise. Taking the feet slightly wider so we can sink
into a deeper Horse Stance. Progression staying in that Horse Stance.
